    Hi, 

    We are facing another problem with this theme, some of the listings that we are trying to publish are published but some minutes after when we go and check again they gone back to pending automatically.

    Can you please help us? Thank you

    Hello,

    It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.

    Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login (in Private Reply) and URL to your site and I’ll take a look.

    I'm so glad I came across your thread because I've been having issues with this theme over the past few months & I've done every fix as requested by support and still nothing. 

    Most recently, I reached out to support 1 week ago because I'm having the same issues of newly published listings immediately reverting back to pending status minutes after publishing them. And it's a huge pain because that's 155 newly published listings that won't go live because of this pending issue. 

    I've set listing expirations to 1 million, disabled non-essential theme plugins, upgraded my PHP version, maintain the latest theme version & update all active plugins and still no fix. In fact, the problem is even worse because when a new listing is added and published, the listing content crosses into other listings & overwrites the information. This has been a nightmare because I'm doing 4x the work and keep having the same issue.

    Elated support, please check your theme & plugins for bugs. I'm extremely disappointed that this theme has caused  problems over the past 9 months and I have 6 websites & have never had a theme give me so many issues.

    Sorry for the trouble. Please note that we have already tested this but we were unable to reproduce this issue on our end. As you can see on our demo site, everything works just fine, so it is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly on your end, or it can be hosting related. Could you please submit a new ticket and share with us your site url and WP /FTP credentials in Private Reply (or continue conversation with our support agent via email), so we can tested this on your end and try to find some solution for this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi, there is indeed an issue because everything  on my end has been installed & adjusted correctly and I've disabled all but the theme plugins and your support has indeed confirm that there is an issue on your end.
