That is because parallax effect was initially created for wide screens and it won't work nicly on touch devices which are by default in portrait orientation and container with content and parallax will become tall on smaller screens which means that you need really tall image since it needs to be at least 2x container height in order for parallax to operate properly. Also, touch devices have issues with fixed positioning of the background. Because of limited support on handheld devices we have integrated option to disable parallax so we suggest you to do so from Elated options > Parallax https://www.screencast.com/t/qKXTi75dww

The parallax on mobile does not show image. It does not work on my site or even the demo site. Like the testimonials section on the home page.
How do i get it so the image always shows?
