    Hello.

    I am trying to upload the demo content of theme i just purchased. I have all the plugins active, I keep trying to import the demo content as described in the instal instructions, but it keeps stopping at 90% and nothing happens. How can I fix this and once it finally finishes uploading, is there anything else I need to do to see the demo content live?

    Hello there,

    First you have to check your resources and php version.

    1. PHP resources

    Since WordPress themes get more robust and complex, it's necessary that you release some more power from server. You can do that by editing php.ini file that you can find on your server, or contact your hosting service to do this for you. 

    Make sure you meet these requrements and please don't skip this step, since it's probably the most important:

    max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;

    2. PHP version

    You should also make sure PHP version on your server is updated. 

    5.6 will do the job, but you may use 7 as well.

    After this, if the import is not working, let us know!

    Hello there,

    Your demo is imported also with 90%, only thing within that 10% are the menus (this 10% should not cause any problem) and you can create one in Appearance>Menus https://www.screencast.com/t/1bUGg3fS, set display location (main menu for example) https://www.screencast.com/t/RhNGmtVzrWo3 and also set which ever home page do you want to use in Settings>Reading https://www.screencast.com/t/wlMd8faTCWjg. We imported all of the Revolution sliders for you.
