    Hi,

    Just bought the theme today and uploaded the demo but many elements missing from the demo although we selected ALL when installing the demo.

    On both the full screen homepage and filter homepage it says the revolution sliders are not working. Also where on the live demo there are posts on the homepage, these are missing from the demo uploaded. For example on the fullscreen homepage the section 'City tour' under the main header image with its listing categories is missing. Where the posts are missing it says: 'Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.'

    See screen grabs attached attached.

    Also in the dashboard I am getting this message (also see screen grab file attached)

    =====

    Your theme (Findme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    ======

    How do i get all the elements from the demo.

    Hello there,

    Welcome and thanks for choosing our theme.

    Once you installed the theme most likely you haven't set the Listings > Settings > Enable Categories.

    1. Some List elements use categories, now, since you haven't enabled them, the listing element cannot list those and is showing  'Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.'

    Usually issue with "Sorry, no posts matched your criteria." is caused by deleting a Category that was used in the List element. Now, even if you try to edit the element, you won't be able select any Category.

    Resolution of this issue is just removing the complete List element and replacing it with a new one.

    2. Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.

    First thing you need to make sure you've downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select "All files & documentation".

    Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you've downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

    Also, make sure to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Global Settings and set these Grid Sizes that we use in our demos:

    3. As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. Which means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up as outdated. We do update all the template files when we release new versions of the theme. For now, you can:

    a. Ignore the outdated message - note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it won't impact the theme's functionality.

    But since you already updated WooCommerce, go through Checkout process and make sure everything is working fine. If it's working fine, you can just ignore the 'out of date' warning.

    b. If there is some kind of a glitch, you will need to downgrade WooCommerce to a version that is compatible with our theme. You can check on the exact version on our theme's page.

    thanks for getting back to me.

    If we remove the list elements as suggested those it mean that the missing posts will then show up?  Or is it better to just remove the theme and re-install it as per your suggestion.

    Hello there,

    No, if you delete those list elements, it will not show up. We suggested that you delete elements and then add new one so you can set categories for them. Without categories set for your elements, you won't be able to choose One-category Portfolio list for example, like we showed you down below. It will take some time, of course. Also, you can remove theme and install it, import demo once again, but content that you've created in the meantime will be deleted/replaced.
