Hi, I purchased this theme specifically because of the vertical slider functionality, as shown here. However, I imported the demo, and when I try to preview the vertical slider page, it shows the following error:
Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias vertical-slider-showcase not found.
Maybe you mean: 'about-me' or 'design-studio' or 'landing' or 'left-menu-home' or 'main-home' or 'about-me1'
I checked Revolution Slider, and it's not showing up as one of the slider presets, and I'm not sure how to build a vertical slider through that plugin. Can you please help? Perhaps sending an xml file with that slider that I can import through WP?
Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.
First thing you need to make sure you've downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select "All files & documentation".
Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you've downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider
In this folder you'll find vertical-slider-showcase slider.
Also, make sure to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Global Settings and set these Grid Sizes that we use in our demos:
