I dowloaded the theme with wordpress and I don't see the mutiple home page design or even portfolio, i can't change the logo and also Set up the Woocomerce plugin, it always says that it failed.

If you are getting the error that destination folder already exists:
This means that plugin folder needs to be removed manually from the server.
(You need basic FTP knowledge, and knowing your username/password for FTP, but explaining that kind of things is not covered with theme forest rules.)
Connect to the hosting server via FTP and just delete the plugin folder:
