1. Is there a way to list the hours of operation in an up and down format instead of one line? We'd like each day's hours to stack on the other like it does in Google.
2. Can we remove the user's option to sort listings and instead sort them automatically in alpha order?
Both request require additional custom coding and unfortunately we are not in a position to accept any custom work at the moment, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.
