1. I'm wondering if I could adjust the alignment of text? Like the photo attached, there are three columns which is averaged and align center, but the texts aren't align left to that red line.
2. As for footer bottom column, I also want it to be centered like the red frame I pointed, how to adjust it?

You can set Footer Top Column Alignment in Elated Options >> Footer
For footer bottom you can try to use this custom css below (add this css in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS):
.eltd-footer-bottom-holder div#text-5 {text-align: center;
}
