    I cant find where to change the Bottom Footer Background image for the life of me. I need to change it to a different patterned image.

    Hello there,

    You can change it with this CSS code (Paste this in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS):

    .eltdf-page-footer .eltdf-footer-bottom-holder.eltdf-footer-bottom-predefined-style {
    background-image: url('http://your-image-url.com');
}

    Just set URL to your image, the one from Media  > Library (for example):
