Can you be more specific to which file name actually needs to be uploaded? The instructions you sent me have file names that do NOT match the file names I have listed in the file I downloaded. Here are the options that I have available (see attachment).

This is the common issue when installing a theme, this error message does not mean that the theme is broken.
It means that the files are not uploaded correctly, and there is an easy fix for it described in this article:

1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
2. Extract it and locate eSmarts.zip
3. Go to Themes >> Add new >> upload eSmarts.zip

Elated CPT does not come up in the Wordpress Plugin store. Where do I go to get this?

If you don't have this, let us know, probably the installation of the theme didn't go well, if that's the case.
You can provide us admin credentials in here (user and pass), just in the private ticket.

What's your name and email and I can provide admin credentials? I don't know how else I can provide you login without your email.

That's too bad. I thought it was compatible when I purchased it. Said something like it's compatible with the version that i have now.
How can I get a refund?
I do have a WordPress.com Business plan and I've submitted a Refund request through ThemeForest.
