    I buy this theme one week ago, i have some problems.

    1- doesnt save thumbnails

    2- can not see media files on librery

    3-  Warning Messages when i save post.

    Please i need to keep working on this. 
    Envato support Theme is SUPPORTED. is full of bugs
    Please help.

    Hello,

    Regarding this particular issue, most likely the dynamic.css file not being generated.

    Reasons why this wouldn't be working are:

    a. Security or some other plugin. Please try to deactivate all your third party plugins, except plugins that came bundled with the theme and see if it helps. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and see if you can find the one that is causing the issue.

    b. Permissions on JS and CSS folders, you need to FTP into your hosting and set permissions to 755 on theme/css and theme/JS folders. You can contact your hosting to do that for you.

    c. PHP settings on the server - for this you can try different PHP version (anything in between 5.6 and 7.0). And you should contact your hosting to check on why the PHP scripts are not being executed, and files are not being generated.

    d. You can try adding this to wp-config.php:

    define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');

    Also it can be related with server resource settings. Please check / increase these (MASTER) values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    max_input_vars = 3000

    We couldn't access your wp-admin panel as you can see:

    And also, we couldn't connect to server with this ftp access.

    It seems like you didn't install your theme properly. 

    Let us know when you do that, so we can proceed with this. And also, provide us correct ftp and admin access.

    I've just checked this in your back-end and I noticed that some server resource settings are still too low, as you can see in the following screenshot >> http://www.nicocardellino.com/sofiacordoba/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cfpi_phpinfo

    As we have already mentioned in previous reply, please increase these (MASTER) values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

    Also, I've tested this through your back-end and I uploaded some image in Media >> Library without any problems.

    It seems like everything works just fine with Featured image as well.

    Please try deleting your browser cache, or access your website from another browser/computer to see if the problem persists.

    I've tried to check some file permission via FTP, but I were unable to access with provided ftp credentials.

    If the problem still persist it may be best that you contact your host about this issue.

    Hello,

    I have tried in all possible ways to run the template correctly, but I still can not upload or view the library files.

    according to the support of my host the Php values are at maximum,
    now the site is online at http://sofiacor.com/

    there is some possibility that they enter FTP or that they can do this
    work tells me what requirements I should have if I need another
    Hosting service, I tried on another server without any success.

    I do not think it's something impossible to do .. if you can check or
    To make this work I appreciate it very much.

    Because the php was not updated but the Host said that it was,,
