    Hi.

    Firstly I am having issues uploading and changing pictures in my listings. When I click upload nothing happens and I noticed down the bottom of my screen it says void(0). Also the maps are not working on the listings either.

    Secondly I was wondering because I am the only person uploading to the database am I able to remove the login profile that sits up in the main menu.

    Thirdly I want all the icons from my category to appear on the home page but only items from five of the categories appear. I have selected all categories in the elatated listing on the home page under the search boxes but still on a five appear. I will send attachement to show that i want more.

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    1. Can you send us admin credentials so we can take a look?

    1a. Issues with Google Map is usually due to API Key missing or it needs to be recreated.

    You need to create new API Key as described here:
    https://www.latecnosfera.com/2016/06/google-maps-api-error-missing-keymap-error-solved.html

    After you have done this, you just need to paste the API key into Theme Options > General > Google Maps API Key field.

    2. Go to Appearance > Widgets and in the widget area Right from main menu and delete Elated login widget:

    3. This is Cross-Origin error. Please try to follow the instructions from this link in order to solve these Cross-Origin errors: http://meyermed.com/2015/03/fix-font-awesome-icons-not-displaying/

    These instructions work for all browsers and icon packs.
    Basically you need to add few lines of code inside of a .htaccess file and it is better to ask you host to do that for you in case that you are not feeling comfortable doing that:

    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
      <FilesMatch "\.(ttf|ttc|otf|eot|woff|woff2|font.css|css|js)$">
        Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
      </FilesMatch>
    </IfModule>

    Most of the users were able to solve this cross-origin problem with the solution from that article, but if that does not work for you, you will need to contact your hosting provide support and ask them to fix the Cross-Origin issue, as it is server oriented.

    All the best,

    Marie

    Hello there,

    We couldn't access your cpanel, as you can see:

    Can you provide us correct ones? Thanks!

    We are assuming that through Cpanel we can access your Wordpress dashboard?

    All the best,

    Marie

    Actually I have realised that, this is not the only problem I have with the listings. I cant edit the permalink like I can on all the other webpages. If I click the edit button nothing happens.

    The other problem is with the listiny type specified fields. Even if i tick them they dont appear on my webpage. Even if I edit a demo listing where these appear, they disappear if I tick a new box. So something weird is going on there.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately your memory limit values isn't well yet and this is the first reason why you have this problem. Also you probably have problem with some of your plugins, also you have cache plugin which also you should deactivate.

    Then try to upload your images again and set links.

    Best Regards,

    Sasha
