Not sure why some fields of my checkout forms are not showing correct spacing. It's not same as your demo theme. Yet nothing has been customised here. See spacing between province and phone number.
But since you are experiencing this issue it seems that you are using latest WooCommerce version and our theme is not yet fully compatible with that version, but we are working on theme update to cover that compatibility.
As a workaround until theme update is released you can either downgrade WooCommerce to previous version that our theme is compatible, which is 3.3.x and you can download it from this link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/

Our theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce plugin and you should get checkout page like in our demo site http://esmarts.elated-themes.com/checkout/
