There is no option to editor or contributor can change or add course because this is custom post type.

Achieving this is custom coding and we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.
I haven't experienced a more limited support as with this theme, 9 out of 10 questions on this forum have the same answer, even with no so complex issues like this one.
The theme is really great but with this amount of support is almost unusable

We don’t help with installation of WordPress itself, non-standard theme modification and 3rd party plugins that were not part of the theme package.

There seems to be an error when an editor or contributor tried to edit create a new course or lesson. The only one that works is admin. Please help.

So only admins can create/edit courses ??

Yes, that right. Registered users have access to the courses that they bought but not to add it and this is how it's imagened in this theme.
