    Hi there!

    Thank you for the creating such a stylish template! I need to upload it to my site as soon as possible but I'm having a lot of trouble. I tried unzipping the download folder and upload roslyn.zip but it didn't work. 

    I kept receiving the error message below:

    This site can’t be reached. The connection was reset.

    My wifi is fast and reliable and I tried switching to another theme and it worked right away.

    Please help as soon as you can!

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our Roslyn theme!

    We tried to import demo for you, but we got an error that is saying that the upload are being disabled or post_max_size is smaller than upload_max_filesize:

    As you can see, your post_max_size and upload_max_filesize have the same values and post_max_size has to have larger value:

    Please, contact your hosting provider to increase that for you. Requirements are:

    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your response! I just called my hosting server (godaddy) to increase the requirements. They confirmed the following should work now:

    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;

    Can you please help me import the "Lagerfeld" demo again? (In the Wordpress/Roslyn Options/Import section, I only see "Roslyn Demo" as an option.

    Thank you so much! Really looking forward to getting the site up and running as soon as possible!

    We are sorry but we are still having some issues with demo import, please try to increase these values (your hosting provider) to see if this fixes the issue:

    Increase it to:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    max_input_vars = 3000;
    

    Also, ask them to confirm you if the uploads are not disabled in php.ini file. This is the error that we are still getting.

    Hi,

    I contacted my server and created a .user.ini page with the following: 

    max_execution_time = 300;
    max_input_vars = 3000;
    post_max_size = 256M
    

    The post_max_size was already set at 256M from the feedback I received the first time your team tried importing the demo. (Please see attachments for confirmation: http://xixiyang.com/phpinfo.php)

    I can confirm that post_max_size has a larger value than upload_max_filesize. We can also confirm that the uploads are NOT disabled in php.ini file. That shouldn't be the issue.

    The parameters should now meet the requirements now. Can you please help me try importing the "Lagerfeld" demo again ASAP? I'm a bit behind on schedule... thank you! Appreciate your support.

    Hello there,

    We imported our demo successfully. You can now check out your website.

    Also, only thing that you will have to do is to delete duplicated menu items. 

    This is no big deal and you can simply remove extra menu items with this helpful plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-remove-menu-item/

    It will create an "x" sign next to your menu items, so you can easily delete them with one click.

    Thank you for helping me import the "Lagerfeld" demo successfully!

    I was playing with Beaver Builder under Pages/"Lagerfeld - Landing Page" and I'm not sure what I did but I accidentally resized the sliding image articles that appear right underneath the top menu. Please refer to the attachment and the circled images that lead to articles. (As you can see, there is now a space between the top of the images and the menu, and space on the left and right side.)

    Can you please help me revert it back to the original lagerfeld sliding photos style without the spacing? (I'm not concerned about losing data I've already created on the site like the photos uploaded, etc... I can easily do it again. My main priority is getting the site to look like the template.) 

    I did a backup restore on the site but it still didn't work...

    UPDATE: More errors on front landing page. I just realized that not only was the photos on the slider effected, but everything on the site looks narrower and the white space on both left and right look wider. I also noticed that I somehow duplicated the sliders to appear again in the middle of the page.

    Is there a way you can help me do demo import again? Please help me restore it to the original "lagerfeld" front page!

    Hi Jerry,

    Thank you so much for helping me look into it! After I filed the ticket yesterday, I was playing around and found how to change the size of the slider to make it bigger again. I also deleted the duplicate module I created by accident.

    Would you mind sharing with me what fonts were used for the graphic of the theme? (I would like to purchase/download the fonts so when I create custom works/logos, it matches with the aesthetics.)

    Also, do you know how I can replace the photo on the front page that leads directly to the video? (Please see attached image). I tried going into Pages/Lagerfeld but for some reason my computer won’t let me load the page.

    Hello,

    - I've just checked this with our designers and we used this font for graphics >> https://befonts.com/tuesday-night-script-font.html

    - You can just go to alter that page >> navigate to Elated Video Button shortcode and then in Elated Video Button settings replace that background image.

    - It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.

    Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
