    I buy this theme and download it, but when I try to install I receive this message:

    THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED. THE CONNECTION WAS RESET.

    How can I solved this problem? Please help as soon as you can.

    Hello Michelle,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our Vakker theme!

    This is probably the issue with PHP version or PHP resources. 

    These are the requirements you should meet. Resources should be:

    max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;

    PHP version should be between 5.6. and 7. 

    Contact your hosting provider to increase this values for you and then try to install the theme.
