I already got this same exact copy & paste response the first time I tried to reach out for help. It is NOT working. It is telling me "Update failed: update package not available", which is why the first person who responded to me told me to open a support ticket. I need this to work.
Hello. I bought the Satiné theme yesterday and contacted the theme author because the WPBakery plugin activation is not working. After I explained to them that I am getting a plugin update error message that says: "Update failed: Update package not available", I was told by the theme author to submit a ticket so that "one of our agents can update bundled plugins" for me.
