I see 2 types of Reservation pages in Savory's Demo - 1 uses Open Table and the other, I believe, email. I will need to use both for a restaurant that has both U.S. and International locations. I understand the email version uses the Contact 7 plug-in but don't understand how to get a form integrated with the one that uses Open Table. I see only an Open Table ID text field but nothing else. I need to include a form - how do I go about doing this? I've looked at other posts and see references to a LISTING component but I don't see that in the Savory theme. Please advise and thank you!

You can use both reservation types.
1)http://savory.elated-themes.com/reservations/
It's actually OpenTable integration, so you need to make account on Open Table and copy id and place it in Reservation Form shortcode.

As you already figured out, it uses contact form 7. so you just need to select contact form template in cf7
Shortcode.
