    Hi,

We are trying to redirect the user to the checkout instead of sending him to the cart page, but the woocommerce_add_to_cart_redirect doesn't work.

After click on the 'buy the course' button, the user remains at the course page.

It seems like the theme is not letting us do that.

    Can you help us?

    Thanks,

    Thiago Abreu

    Hello,

    Thanks for writing in.

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme, we are sorry. Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.

In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

Or you can try to search for a 3rd party plugin for this. Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.

    Thanks for understanding.

For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

    Thank you,
    Jerry, Elated

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

We've already tried to code such solution (using woocommerce_add_to_cart_redirect filter, for example), but nothing works! =/

Can you show us where in the code (which file, por example) can we implement a solution for that?

    Thanks again!

    =)

    Hello there,

    thank you for your understanding!

You can try editing those files:

    wp-content\plugins\eltdf-lms\post-types\course\helper-functions.php

    wp-content\plugins\eltdf-lms\post-types\course\templates\single\parts\action.php

Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah

    Thanks for the reply,

I got it by editing 'eltdf_lms_course_add_to_cart_action' function.

The $product->add_to_cart_url() always returned the url of the couse.

    Thanks again! =)
