I love your Frappe theme, but if I cannot get it to work, it's pretty useless to me. I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago and then followed up last week ago, but still haven't received any response until now. I really need some help and I hope your support is as great as the theme you make.
Anyways, I followed your instruction to import the demo sliders separately, but I run into an error "Error: Incompatible Archive." See screenshots attached. I still cannot get your demo sliders to work. PLEASE HELP!
for which email should i send my wp site for fixing? .. Im having trouble with importing the revolution files, as well as from the dropbox links you gave..

You can try to download these files and then try to import some of them in Slider Revolution >> Import >> https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ks3v3pxk43ztwzn/AABQzDbbE_7LHxNZSfxV4Deaa?dl=0
That should do the job.
If the problem persist, just provide us (in Private Reply) with your wp-admin credentials and I will try to import any desired slider for you.
