    Hello,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Please try deleting your browser cache, or access your website from another browser/computer to see if the problem persists.

    It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.

    Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login (in Private Reply) and URL to your site and I’ll take a look. Some screenshot can be helpful as well.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thank you,
    Jerry

    Hello,

    If you are getting the error that destination folder already exists:

    This means that plugin folder needs to be removed manually from the server.
    (You need basic FTP knowledge, and knowing your username/password for FTP, but explaining that kind of things is not covered with theme forest rules.)

    Connect to the hosting server via FTP and just delete the plugin folder:

    Thank you,
    Jerry

    Hello,

    1. We have just checked this on your website and as you can see in the following screenshot it seems like everything works/looks just fine >>

    2. If your font awesome icons or custom fonts are not showing up in a certain browser (mainly Firefox or IE), then you have two solutions you can take.

    Solutions:

    1. Host the font on same domain as the domain from where the website is accessed

    2. Create .htaccess file in the root folder on the same domain where fonts are hosted and add the following code into it:

    # Apache config
    <FilesMatch ".(eot|ttf|otf|woff)">
     Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </FilesMatch>

    Detailed Steps:

    So first you log in to your FTP server and find the root folder of your wordperss installation (you can see the ‘wp-admin’, ‘wp-content’ etc folders there)

    Create a new file, name it just ‘.htaccess’ (without quotes),

    Next select that .htaccess file and edit it. (or if you don’t see the edit option, copy this file to your local PC, edit it locally in a text editor, add the code I’ve shown below save the file) then move the file back to the ftp server into same location)

    Then, paste this code into that file, save the file and upload it back to your FTP server into the same folder.

    # Apache config
    <FilesMatch ".(eot|ttf|otf|woff)">
     Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </FilesMatch>

    Your icons should be working now.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thank you,
    Jerry

    Hi there,

    We checked this in Google chrome and Safari on mobile and it is working. Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, let us know.

    Best regards,

    Marie

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, as you can see on Themeforest site, these are the browsers that is compatible with the theme:

    That code that appeared is because you deactivated WPBakery, that is normal when you turn off that plugin.

    As we can see, there is no  japanese signs in your dropdown menu:

    Let us know if you have any other issues!

    Best regards,

    Marie
