     I try to upload it I get an error message:

    Please try again.

    Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help is much appreciated!

    Hello,

    This is due to server resources.

    Please ask your hosting support to increase the resources on your website:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    

    This is a new error that arose with new WordPress version and you can see that it has been confirmed as a resource error here - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
