    Hello,

Please check on mobile phone or other device, you can see that website is not optimizing to that size, nor is responsive. Also the mobile menu (the 3 lines) not working/not showing the menu.

Can you please optimize it, or to tell me how to do it.

    Thank you,

    Flavius

Regarding your mobile Menu issues please navigate to Apperance>Menus and check if you have any Manu with the Display Mobile Location checked.

If this doesn't help you, could you please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private reply) so we can log in and investigate on this further?

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply, but the problem is more with the appearance and some other stuff that are not getting fit to phone or other device.

Please guide me on this after you check attachments.

So the menu is stick there and not working, the images and text of the homepage slider is not fitting, there is a image that is loading before opening the website, speed of the website is a bit low, images are small and so on.

    Please check.

    Thank you,

    Flavius

    Hello there,

1)First screenshot you have sent me is actually a preloader, and after that content loads normally.

It loads on every stage as a "screensaver" before your content appears and you should be able to disable it if you want is in General Options>Preloading Animation:

2)As I can see your menu is working properly. Could you please explain a problem with the menu in more details?Thank you!

3)Those are the spaces our designer found appealing. If you want those padding to resize on smaller screens you can simply change spaces entered in px to padding entered in %.

4)Regrading you images issue, can you please provide us with your wp-admin details so we can log in and investigate on this further?

    5)Regarding speed of the site:

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher.
Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer. You should delete all the pages and the images you do not need whan you fnish your site building and it will get much quicker.

Here are some general tips for speeding up your website:

    a. Consider optimizing your images with some tool like this one:
    www.jpegmini.com

    b.  Also you can install some plugin for cache, like WP Fastest Cache or some other:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
    c. Enable gzip compression on your server. You can read more about it here:
    http://www.feedthebot.com/pagespeed/enable-compression.html

But it comes down to pasting this code to .htaccess file located in your folder:

    <ifModule mod_gzip.c>mod_gzip_on Yes
    mod_gzip_dechunk Yes
    mod_gzip_item_include file .(html?|txt|css|js|php|pl)$
    mod_gzip_item_include handler ^cgi-script$
    mod_gzip_item_include mime ^text/.*
    mod_gzip_item_include mime ^application/x-javascript.*
    mod_gzip_item_exclude mime ^image/.*
    mod_gzip_item_exclude rspheader ^Content-Encoding:.*gzip.*
    </ifModule>

    d. Also check - Leverage browser caching:
    http://www.feedthebot.com/pagespeed/leverage-browser-caching.html

    e. Use at least PHP 5.6.x or greater in order to process PHP code faster.

Please let us know if there's anything else! Thank You, Norah

    Hello there,

Your mobile navigation is being assigned to the Element Menu which has no menu items. You should assign it to some menu containing menu items in order for a dropdown to appear:

Please let us know if you have managed to solve this issue!
    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,

    Norah
