Hello there,

There are two thing you should in order for us to be able address your issues efficiently.

I have noted you are using older version of our theme, could you please upgrade to the latest possible version

I have also noted that you are not using WPBakery Visual Composer for building your pages, please activate WPBakery Visual Composer  and build your pages using it in order to be able to assist you efficiently.

In case those issues persist after you have updated your theme and used WPBakery Visual Composer for building pages, please let us know!

I have builded test page for you and as you can see it is displaying normally on the mobile so you can look at the settings I have used:

I have used row and I have added top and bottom puddings, row background and an image shortcode inside:

2)Regarding your Title on mobile issue since you have choosen h1 Title Tag in Elated>Title>Title Tag, you shod simply navigate to  Elated>Fonts>Headings Responsive(Mobile Devices) and put in the value you want for h1.
