    The logo seems to be blurry. I've changed the dimensions in CSS to be larger. But the image itself is larger than what I put in CSS, so it should be showing blurry.

    Also, since I made it larger, the menu links are running into it. I added some CSS earlier and it didn't work.

    Can you please help?

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    It looks like you were already able to solve this issue:

    In case this isn't solved could please temporary remove custom css you have added and provide me temporary wp-admin credentials(in a private reply) in order to investigate this issue further?

    Thank You,
    Norah

    No, check it now and see what I'm talking about. I was choosing a different header layout. See screenshot.

    Hello there,

    It seem like your logo is shown on the website in thesame resolution it has been uploaded, You can test it with our logo and see if that issue persist:

    vino.elated-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/logo-divided-header-1.png

    Please note that precisely because of the sharpness and display on retina screens you should upload logo 2 times bigger than the size you want it to appear in(so you can see our logo image is 400px width, and on the web it appears as 200px width).

    Regarding your header issues can you please tell me on which screen resolution are you expiriencing this problem, since I have tested it on 1280 and it seemed fine?

    Kind Regards,

    Thank You,
    Norah

    Ok, I understand about the logo.

    Shrink your browser and you'll see what I mean. The menu breaks into two lines.

    Hello there,

    Great, Thank you for writing in!

    I have tested your webpage again and its seems like everything is ok on a smaller screens as well:

    If you are manually resizing the screen instead of using devices with different screen sizes you should just refresh page in order for script to count width of the header again properly.

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
    Thank You,

    I get that, BUT a user shouldn't have to "refresh" to get the header to look right. It happens on your own demo. I've tested it on an iPad Pro and it still showing up broken up and I had to refresh. This is not right. It should flow responsively without refreshing at all...the wine bar demo works fine responsively (logo on top and menu bar on bottom)

    Hello there,

    I have tested your header on ipad and it seems like everything is ok with the header except the logo. You should just upload smaller image for the mobile logo(max. height of the logo for the mobile should be 198px):

    Regarding your header issue, I see that you have chenged your header type.

    Our designer found more important for header to have same appearance on all the Desktop and Lap Top Screens. However, if you still want to use Divided Header I will write few media queries for yiu, and hopefully this will solve this issue.

    In case you want it, please activate Divided header on some page again.

    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah

    Hi there,

    Yes, I would like to give the client an option for the divided menu. If you could give me a few media queries to make it work in responsive that'd be great. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I have an issue with the top bar. I'm adding something in there and it's not showing up. When I inspect it, it's showing that it's in the div below it. How do I fix this?

    Hi there,

    Can you provide us admin credentials so we can take a look? Thanks!

    We can see that this is appearing correctly on mobile version, but for some reason it is placed below top bar. Check if you set it in proper widget area. Try to put on the left side and see if it's the same.

    Best regards,

    Marie

    Hello there,

    I have added this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px){
    .eltdf-top-bar .eltdf-vertical-align-containers .eltdf-position-left, .eltdf-top-bar .eltdf-vertical-align-containers .eltdf-position-right {
        display: inline;
    }
    .eltdf-top-bar .eltdf-vertical-align-containers .eltdf-position-right{
    float:right!important;
    }
    .eltdf-vertical-align-containers.eltdf-50-50 .eltdf-position-left-inner{
        width: 50%;
    }
    }

    However I have noted this code in your Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    You should replace it with code bellow if you want for your mobile header to appear normally:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1024px){
    .eltdf-mobile-header, .eltdf-mobile-header-inner{ margin-top:40px;
    }
    }

    Hello there,

    I am sorry, but I didn't quite understand if the last solution worked?

    This issue can commonly occur when user activates SSL certificate on a website after the files have already been uploaded.
    Usually it comes down to removing the old images (that were uploaded during http) and uploading new ones (so they get uploaded with https).
    If you use google chrome developer tools console you can find list of images that are causing this issue.

    You can also try using some SSL plugins like this one:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

    Regarding thoose two concrete images:

    1)Please navigate to Apperance>Widgets>Side Area and replace Image Source to the image from your website uploaded  with https:

    2)Please navigate to Apperance>Widgets>Full Screen Menu Top and replace Image Source to the image from your website uploaded  with https:

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!

    Hi there,

    I have another question. My client had these forms that were pulling from another site (wine direct). They were displaying up until Friday morning. I've deactivated all the plugins and inspected it and I can''t find a reason why they have disappeared. I've contacted Wine Direct and see if they can check on their end, but wanted to know if maybe there is something in the theme that is preventing them from displaying?

    Hello there,

    I am very sorry to hear you are facing this problem! I actually do see contact forms on all of the pages, so perhaps you were already able to solve this problem?

    https://hudsonranch.com/join-mailing-list/

    Please note that we are using Contact Form 7 with our demo, so some compatibility issues might occur once in a while with 3rd Party plugins not bundled with our theme and there's nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
