I've just checked this out on our demo site and as you can see here >> http://calla.elated-themes.com/ everything looks just fine and Add to Cart button use the same style within all these sections, as you can see in the following screenshots.

It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.

Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login and URL to your site and I’ll take a look.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly but as you can see on our demo product carousel button is styled the same way like buttons on the product single:

I don't see the issue with the transitions on your shop single, but I do see that your border is wrong color:

Try adding this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
