    I can import the demo sites but am unable to customize the  content after being imported. What is the correct process of doing this?

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing Flow!

    Can you explain us little bit better what is happening when you customize content? 

    Check if you have some caching plugin and clear cache after making some changes to the website. Also, check with your hosting provider which PHP version and PHP resources do you have. Requirements are:

    1. PHP version should be between 5.6. and 7.2.

    2. PHP resources should be:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    max_input_vars = 3000;

    If the values are lower that the requirements, please ask them to increase it for you.

    If the issue is still there, please let us know so we can investigate this further more and send us admin credentials and URL to your website. Thanks!
