    Hello,

    1. The elated google maps does not work

    2. I don't know why I can't have the contact form 7 in the middle. Like on your "contact us" page.

    3. Also I would like to decrease the font size of the "elated progress bar"
    - I tried with the custom CSS class but nothing has changed.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    1. You can try to achieve it using Google Maps shortcode and then paste iframe code.

    2. I've just tried to check this in your back-end but as you can see in the following screenshot, I was unable to access it >>

    3. Try to add some spaces here

    Also, you can try to add this custom css in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional css field >>

    .eltdf-progress-bar .eltdf-pb-title-holder .eltdf-pb-title {
        width: 80%;
        line-height: 20px;
    }

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thank you,
    Jerry

    1. Thanks

    2. I think there is something wrong here, the password that you used is way too long.
    Please try again, the password is: Julien59

    3. It works but I still have some issues here (Please see the attached imgs)

    - Can I have the "100%" with the same properties that I applied on the text please?

    - When I add the text on the next line, the code <br> appears, What can I do to avoid this?

    - For Example I would like to have the text like this

    "SUISSE - FMH - CHIRUGIE PLASTIQUE
    RECONSTRUCTIVE ET ESTHETIQUE"

    OU

    "SUISSE - FMH
    CHIRUGIE PLASTIQUE
    RECONSTRUCTIVE
    ET ESTHETIQUE"

    - And for "elated icons with text "

    Route de Thonon 42, 1222 Vésenaz
    022 772 02 79

    and not

    Hi there,

    2. Just uncheck this option that is set in here:

    That is why your contact form was placed on the left side.

    3a. Can you explain us little bit better this?

    3b., 3c. There is no option in theme to set <br> to that text field, that is why it appears like that. You can only set plain text. If you want to change that, it would require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.Thanks for understanding! Try to set up different alignment to that elements holder item you set for the icons with text for example.

    Best regards,

    Marie

    2. Thanks

    3a. On Elated progress bar:
    I would like to have ALL the number "100%" On the same font and size as the text "Doctorat en Médicine, MD"

    3b/c. Such a shame for a beautiful theme like this.

    Hello there,

    2)You are welcome.

    3a)Could you please try using this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS;

    .eltdf-progress-bar .eltdf-pb-percent {
        font-size: inherit!important;
        letter-spacing: inherit!important;
        font-weight: inherit!important; }

    3b)You can try to use this code to break text in two lines without using br tag:

    span.eltdf-pb-title {
        max-width: 250px;
    }

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah

    Hi there,

    3b. You will have to set in that page backend in here 3 columns, not one, because it will stay one column on the mobile also:

    4. We set this for you, you can now check testimonials. We created some test page so you can see that this is working: http://drbaudoin.com/?page_id=4464

    White block is there because you choose boxed type of testimonials:

    Choose standard one.

    Best regards,

    Marie

    Hi there,

    Try to paste this code in the page backend in here:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px){
    .vc_column-inner.vc_custom_1536691233062 {
        padding-right: 0px !important;
        padding-left: 0px !important;
    }
    }

    4. As we wrote in some of the previous tickets, it seems like this is working:

    You can read something about the changes on the page (why they are not showing right away):https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-website-not-updating-right-away/

    It's probably because of the browser cache and you will have to clear it to see the changes.

    Best regards,

    Marie
