When in mobile view on a phone and click on the hamburger icon to view the menu, multiple menu options are not visible. If you open and close the menu multiple times you will see that sometimes the menu options reappear and other ones with disappear as well. From this you can see that it is not just one of the menu options that is having this error, it is all of them on the mobile view on a mobile device.
As seen in the two screenshots, different options disappear at different times just by opening or closing the menu again.
From the video you can see when you scroll they also disappear and reappear.
Issues with mobile menu elements occasionally not showing is only present on iPhones with iOS11, and in order to fix it, please add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.eltdf-mobile-menu-opener ul li { -webkit-transform: translateZ(0); }

Also found another bug with the Mobile Menu. When you view it in landscape view on an iPhone and try to scoll down to see the rest of the menu it glitches away and disappears. Then if you scroll back up it comes back. Please view video attached.

I've just checked this out in your back-end and then I added this css below in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS field:
.eltdf-mobile-nav ul li {-webkit-transform: translateZ(0);
}
And it seems like that css solved this issue as you can see on this screenshot below.
