I disabled all extensions as you told me. My site still does not work from mobile phones, it works well on pc. The majority of my clients connect to my site from their phone and if it does not work, it is useless. By activating my old theme "my child", my site is displayed on pc and mobile. So either you solve this problem as quickly as it blocks my future orders and I keep this theme. Either you pay me back as soon as possible on the method of payment with which I bought this theme and I will advise you to envato market because the support is really detestable
