Hi there, I've recently purchased the Gretna Green theme and had a web developer set it up for me. I'm supposed to be adding in the content myself. However, when I update to the latest version of WP Bakery Page Builder, I lose my front end editor and can only see the backend editor. Can you please advise when this issue will be fixed?
When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there's nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. So WPBakery is the builder that we provided and all our elements and pages are created with WPBakery.
