You can use few methods of aligning depending shortcode you are using and the efect you are trying to achieve:
1)Use Row>Elated Content Alignment>Center
2)Put content of the row in Holder Shortcode and than use Holder Horizontal Aligment
3)You can align Text block in the shortcode as well
4)Some of the shortcodes have options for alignment as well
