1. I dont want the page goes up and down, I want a page to be static like the original split theme page. Also the images are way too big. On the original split theme page, they are smaller.
2. I would like to have the text align on top so I have enough space for all the informations.
3. I want to know if there is others options for the slides narrows. There is others options for navigation arrows on this page? like the http://mane.elated-themes.com/slider-showcase/ "Next and Prev" arrows?
Try not to add dynamic elements inside of the dynamic element, because of the possible conflicts between the scripts. In this case, dynamic elements are accordions and this split slider. In split slider you can add static elements, like images, text etc.
If you want to change that pagination on the slider you will have to do some custom work and we are not in the position to take any additional custom work, since this is not in our support scope. Thanks for understanding!

Im not sure if I have undestood you correctly, but if you want this page to be static you should not use Vertical split Slider Shortcode:
Simply build this page via columns and rows reguraly, and since your page would be static that way you wan't need arrows on this page at all.
