    I am trying to install the theme Yvette but it fails and says that the link has expired and "please try again." 

    I can install the child theme though but it's useless as it won't work without the parent theme...

    See screenshots attached.

    Can somebody help ?

    Hi there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing Yvette!

    Check with your hosting provider which PHP version and PHP resources do you have. Requirements for the theme to have successful installation and demo import are:

    1. PHP version should be between 5.6. and 7.2.

    2. PHP resources should be:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    max_input_vars = 3000;

    If the values are lower that the requirements, please ask them to increase it for you.

    After you do that, installation of the theme should work. But if you're still have some issues with this, let us know and provide us admin credentials so we can take a look and investigate this further more.
