    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    I have tested our demo on Firefox(same version) and logo seems to appear normally.

    Could you please sent us url of your webpage and screen resolution on which this issue appears in order to be able to investigate this further?

    Kind Regards,

    Norah

    Hello there,

    I am very sorry, but I couldn't reproduce this issue in my side, as you can see from the video I have attached:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/xjuuvpvonmxagvx/Mozilla%20Firefox%209_20_2018%204_28_17%20PM.mp4?dl=0

    Perhaps you are using some browser extension which is causing this issue or maybe something about your computer configuration.Could you please try to temporary deactivate all the extensions in Firefox, clear your cache and try again?

    Thank you for your patience and your understanding!

    Kind Regards,

    Norah

    Hello there,

    Thank you for writing in.

    You should check if your operating system and browsers are up to date and please turn off temporary all the extensions in the browsers.

    I am very sorry, i really could't reproduce this issue and as you can see this is rather unusual screen size so I can't check it on real device. Please use some more standard screen size to test this issue:

    Thank You,

    Kind Regards,

    i tested it and i have the problem ONLY with firefox...

    i test with:

    - firefox 62.0.3 (IOS and WIN)

    - safari 12.0 (IOS)

    - internet explorer 11 (WIN)

    - edge 42.17134.1.0 (WIN)

    i think the problem is width of logo's div becuase the right/left div menu get all width header.

    Hello there,

    I am very sorry I have tested it on same version of a Firefox(62.0.3) and I am still not able to reproduce this issue as you can see in the video I have attached:

    http://vino.elated-themes.com/

    Please try to deactivate all of the Firefox extentions(in case you have any).

    Additionally,  perhaps you can try to write this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .eltdf-position-left {
        width: 775px !important;
    }
    .eltdf-position-right {     width: 775px !important; }

    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah
