Can you explain to me how you made testimonials courasel section from the Moose 9 demo? Or maybe provide a HTML code?
The settings in Elated Options in our theme is not working for some reason. We submitted a ticket about this concern before, but it is still not fixed. The settings we change in the Elated options under the testimonials selection is not saving for some reason. It is resetting itself.

As I can see from your ticket https://elated.ticksy.com/ticket/1629456/ you were asked to provide us with your wp credentials in order to be able to assist you more efficiently.
Regarding issue with options not saving, most likely the dynamic.css file not being generated.
Reasons why this wouldn't be working are:
a. Security or some other plugin. Please try to deactivate all your third party plugins, except plugins that came bundled with the theme and see if it helps. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and see if you can find the one that is causing the issue.
b. Permissions on JS and CSS folders, you need to FTP into your hosting and set permissions to 755 on theme/css and theme/JS folders. You can contact your hosting to do that for you.
c. PHP settings on the server - for this you can try different PHP version (anything in between 5.6 and 7.0). And you should contact your hosting to check on why the PHP scripts are not being executed, and files are not being generated.
You should edit your image to be rounded and save it with transparent background in png format in some image editing software prior to the image upload in testimonial.

d. You can try adding this to wp-config.php:
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');

You should additionally check if you have any testimonials built in Testimonials section on a dashboard.

But how did you get the rounded profile pictures?
If we insert a picture in the testimonial it is the same size as the testimonial, and not as small and rounded as on the demo website.
We will let you know if anything worked.

Hello there,

As you can see from Page Inspect images on our demo on page http://demo.elated-themes.com/moose9/testimonials/ are rounded with transparent background and their dimension is 77x77px.
