Hello, I have got such an error when Sahel is installed to my site which is using WPML.
We have detected a problem with some tables in the database. Please contact WPML support to get this fixed. Hello, it appeared when I had imported the widgets from the demo site. It shows on the top of the dashboard. Meanwhile it doesn't seem to be a severe issue. I have closed it and it doesn't appear again.

You can try to contact WPML support to see why are you having this issue, since this is the problem that appears when you use WPML.
