We can see that you probably didn't set up homepage. You can do that in Settings > Reading here:

Also, check with your hosting provider which PHP version and PHP resources do you have. Requirements are:

1. PHP version should be between 5.6. and 7.2.

2. PHP resources should be:

max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;

If the values are lower that the requirements, please ask them to increase it for you.

If some images are not imported, that's because of the lack of the resources, so it's better to check them and increase.

Issue is most likely with the server configuration/resources.

Please try adding the following line to WordPress .htaccess file:

SubstituteMaxLineLength 10m

You can add this line at the end of the file, after the # END WordPress line:

In case this doesn't help you please try with those values instead :

SubstituteMaxLineLength 20m
SubstituteMaxLineLength 30m
SubstituteMaxLineLength 40m
SubstituteMaxLineLength 50m

Hi there,

With every demo import comes a new set of menus, so probably you imported our demo data several times.

This is no big deal and you can simply remove extra menu items with this helpful plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-remove-menu-item/

It will create an "x" sign next to your menu items, so you can easily delete them with one click.

Revolution slider goes with the theme and if you deactivate it, it normal that you see this code.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don't have to activate them and they'll work for you regardless of that.

In the following text we'll explain how the bundled plugins work:

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered. 

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Hi there,

1. Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.

First thing you need to make sure you've downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select "All files & documentation".

Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you've downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

Also, make sure to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Global Settings and set these Grid Sizes that we use in our demos:

2. You are probably using Header bottom navigation. Try to change that menu:

We can see that the name of this menu is Header bottom navigation:

If you're having duplicated menu, which can happen if you tried to import demo few times, you can deleted the one that is empty.

Generally speaking you can edit all the pages in their backend using WPBakery Page builder.

If you want to edit this row for example

 you should go to the backend of that page and edit Vertical Image info shortcodes which are there:
