One more thing, when I go ahead and disable the wocommerce plugin, the whole layout become disappear or website keeps on loading. What is this?
2. Our theme is based on WooCommerce mostly, because the LMS plugin is using WooCommerce for the payment. Also, some shortcodes are using some of the features from the WooCommerce and that is why when you disable that plugin, your page is blank and you can not scroll to the content. That page is probably having some of that shortcodes.

Your theme is 99% depends upon the woocommerce plugin.
