I managed to get the portofolio done but there are a few things I can't figure out. I would like to see a title under each item + add a link on each picture to another page.
How can I do that?
On top, I have the date of the portofolio at the bottom right which appears and I want to take it off. Thanks

A portfolio list displays a listing of your portfolio items, each of which can be clicked on for a detailed overview of the single portfolio item. In here you create portfolio items:
Portfolio lists are added to pages via the Portfolio List shortcode and in here you can set up click behaviour to be Open portfolio single page on click:
And this is how your page will look like, for example:
You can remove date from portfolio item in Sahel options > Portfolio:
