    I have two plugins that will not activate "Slider Revolution" and "WPBakery Page builder". This is the message I get when trying to activate them 

    "Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error..... 


    Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/28/42079928/html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/functions-wordpress.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/28/42079928/html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/include-framework.php on line 13

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late response, our working hours are only during the weekdays.

    It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be hosting related. Also, it is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install.

    Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it. 

    You can also, if you still have issues to try to upload theme via FTP :

    • WordPress files can also be uploaded manually via FTP.
    • Upload the files to /wp-content/themes/ folder on your server.
    • Login to your WordPress admin area to change the theme.
    • Check out the guide on WordPress.org here.

    Also, check with your hosting provider which PHP version and PHP resources do you have. Requirements for the theme to have successful installation are:

    1. PHP version should be between 5.6. and 7.2.

    2. PHP resources should be:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    max_input_vars = 3000;

    If the values are lower that the requirements, please ask them to increase it for you.
