Hi!, I need to leave the footer as it comes in the demo, with the content in the middle (Subscribe to Newsletter) and a background image. When i installed the demo, came empty.
Sorry for the late response, it's caused because of the numbers of tickets we are getting these days and because of the weekend days.
Those widgets were set up in Footer top 2:
That is strange, because those widgets are coming with demo. Can you provide us admin credentials, if this screenshot was not helpful with set up your footer area so we can help you with that? Thanks!

We can see that you don't have widgets, like this is not imported. Did you choose Import type to be All, that should import the widgets also:
If not, you can import only widgets in here:
But note that, this will overwrite those few widgets you set up in Appearance widgets. We can recommend you to try to do this, if you didn't make any larger modification on widget areas.
Let us know what you decided so we can proceed with helping you!
In the meantime, we can recommend you to increase those two values:
... to the required ones:
max_execution_time = 300;
post_max_size = 256M;
Ask your hosting provider to do this for you.
