    Hi There, I love your theme and thank you for the assistance we got over email recently.

    x3 Issues that I need assistance with please:

    1) NB. We are using "Creative Agency" as our home page but am unable to change the header i.e Get the content to appear beneath the navigation and not under it as well as change the style (colour) of the header navigation. Is there a setting on the page itself from the demo content? I have looked on the page and I can't see anything? (see attached)

    2) We are also trying to add a right sidebar on this home page but it overlays the content.  Screenshot attached - not sure how to edit this.

    3) With the above issues I then tried to create a test home page but from scratch completely. However the test content is showing up beneath the header - my question on this point is, is there a setting for snapping the content to appear beneath the navigation. - https://www.becomevegan.co.za/home-test/

    1. Please note that you can set some theme options globally through Elated Options or for some specific page only within Elated (for instance >> Header) page settings.

    Got you, thank you.

    So you can set desired Header skin for that page only within Elated Header page settings. Note that dark/light header types use some predefined style and default header type inherits global settings.

    2. I've just checked this out on your website and it seems like you are having this issue because it is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly.

    What could that something be? Looking at the theme options, some of the elements seem to be niggly as if the theme is outdated.  The last person to work on the theme was one of your guys where they uninstalled and reinstated the theme from fresh.  Is it possible for you to check? A lot of work will be going into this website and I am worried that we will face issues down the road.

    Try to set Content Width to FullWidth within Inner Row Settings.

    I'm apprehensive to do this manually as the theme should automatically handle this.  If there is a coding or theme issue, I need to fix it.

    I did try this and it seems to already be on this setting (see attached)

    3. You can disable Title area for that page within Elated Title page settings.

    I checked this and it's already set to "No"

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thank you, Jerry

    Hello there,

    Thanks for writing in! We are very sorry for the late answer, we were working with a limited resources for a past few days and we are not working during the weekends, thank you for your patience and your understanding!

    1)Great!

    2)I don't see any problem with the overlapped content in the sidebar now, perhaps you were already able to solve this?:

    You shouldn't worry about the re-installation of a theme it is usually very straight-forward process.

    You can update your theme by performing the following steps:

    Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
    Extract it and locate vibez.zip
    Extract vibez.zip and locate the vibez folder
    Copy/Replace the contents of the vibez folder to the /wp-content/themes/vibez folder of your web site.
    Troubleshooting FAQ

    Or you can write us a ticket and we will gladly do this for you!

    Also I see that you are using some 3rd party plugins here, please try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide an explaination  in a greater detail about what are you trying to achieve and we will assit you wuth it.

    3)I have added this code to Theme Options > General > Custom Code > Custom CSS

    and your slider is now shown bellow header:

    .eltd-content{
    margin-top:0px!important
    }

    Hello there,

    Thank you for the detailed information!

    1)I hope this is what you have expected:

    https://www.becomevegan.co.za/home-test

    The key is to use default page template(which is in grid by default) and leave all the rows to be full width in order for WPBakery to count its position well:

    2)As I could see you are using latesr version of our theme.

    You can always check latest verison on this link:

    https://themeforest.net/item/awake-a-vibrant-and-fresh-portfolio-theme/19435609?s_rank=1

    3)There is no need for using child theme as long as you change only CSS code(not php).

    Please let us know if there is something else we can do for you!
    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah

    Hi there!

    Thank you so much, I did it and it works 100%

    As I'm working on the site I am coming up against a few queries.

    1) Header: I would like to be able to change the font color in the navigation menu like I did with the sticky header.  I see there are x3 options in the theme options section: "blank", light & dark (see attached). I have looked for ways to change this but I cannot find it in the theme options.  I currently have it set to dark to be able to see the navigation items on a white background. Please see attached screenshots showing the differences and what I see.

    2) Page padding: Now that I have set the home page to the default template, how can I edit the page's paddings on the left & right? Please see attached illustration.  Same issue for mobile - you can check your side to see what I mean.

    3) Sidebar: How do I set to "hide" the sidebar only on mobile & tablet devices?

    4) Fonts: How do I change the font size for the 'paragraph' text in the sidebar?  The page text has adjusted to the size I want but not the sidebar text.

    Hello there,

    I am glad to hear that!

    1)Unfortunately there is no option to this, but I can provide you custom CSS for that.

    You should leave your header skin on default:

    Active color would be main color which you can change in Elated Options>General:

    And please paste this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .eltd-main-menu>ul>li>a {
        color: #808080c4;
    }

    2)You can use page padding option in the backend of a page:

    Since there is only one field for both mobile and desktop version I would recommend you use padding in % instead of px so it can scale depending on screen width.

    In case you want to use different padding on every stage you can put all the page content in elemens holder shortcode where you have possibility to set different padding for 7 different screen sizes:

    3)Please copy this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px){

    .eltd-sidebar div {
        display: none;
    }}

    4)Please copy this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:

    .textwidget {
        font-size: 20px;
    }

     Just a note, please in the future try not to write more then 1-2 questions regarding one topic and please write one topic per ticket. That way we can keep better track on the question and provide precise answer. Thanks for understanding.

    Please let us know if there is something else we can do for you!

    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah
