    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    We are very sorry for the late answer, we were working with a limited resources for a past few days and we are not working during the weekends, thank you for your patience and your understanding!

    1)Regarding header background:Please make sure that you have set Transparency to 1 in the backed of the page:

    If you want higher header please increase your header height in Elated options>Header and please upload bigger image for a logo:

    The way logo dimensions work:

    Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.

    As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100x100, the actual dimensions on desktop will be 50x50.

    In case you want a logo that is 100x100, you need to upload an image that is 200x200, and set the header height to 100.

    2)Regarding progress bars- it is in main color by default. In case you want ti use some other color instead, please copy code bellow to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .eltd-progress-bar .eltd-progress-content-outer .eltd-progress-content {

        background-color: #f4524d; }

    3)Regarding Pricing tables you should try to navigate to Elated Pricing Table Settings and edit your cintent there:

    Please let us know if you have any further problems with those issues or  if there is something else we can do for you!

    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah

    I'm sorry I tried but it doesn't word for the progress bar, I still have the same : only dark or light...

    And for the tables, I am in the settings but as you can see I don't have your options.

    And I'm sorry I've one more question, can I find the icon file ? I'd like to change the color of the hover icons but I don't find them in media files. Thank you :)

    Hello there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    1)You should leave skin for Progress Bar on Default(in main color by default) and try to copy  code bellow to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:

    .eltd-progress-bar .eltd-progress-content-outer .eltd-progress-content {
        background-color: #f4524d;
    }

    In case you meet any further problems with this would you mind providing us with login credentials (in Private Reply) and site url, so we can take a closer look?

    2)Regarding Pricing tables you should try to navigate to individual Elated Pricing Table Settings inside  Pricing table and edit your content there.Please note that the settings you have screenshoted me are for the whole Pricing Table shortcode, and you should be able to edit each table individually:

    3)I am not sure which exact icons are you referring to, could you please send me a link and a screenshot?Thanks.

    For example in the elated Icon shortcode you can choose hover color for an icon in the shortcode itself:

    Please let us know if there is something else we can do for you!
    Thank You,
    Kind Regards,
    Norah
