    Hi. I need help installing the demo for the Brynn theme. I know where the import section is, but the status bar always freezes at 90%. I've contacted my hosting provider and they tried installing it also, but it still freezes at 90%. I'd really like to save time and use the demo as a template instead of starting from scratch. Can someone help me with this?

    Could you please check if php parameters are set like in this helpful article:

    Complete Guide To Demo Import

    You should make sure PHP version on your server is updated. 
    5.6 will do the job, but you may use 7 as well.

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;

    In case this doesn't help you would you mind providing us with login credentials (in Private Reply) and site url, so we can take a closer look?
