On a fresh install of wordpress and after importing the demo data, I tried editing a page, and this JS error is preventing the entire page from rendering. Editing a blog post works, but not pages.

I can see that you have 3rd Party plugins that didn't cone bundled with the theme installed. Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If it doesn't please leave the plugins temporary deactivated and send us another message.
It also looks from this warning that your Wordpress installation is maybe broken. Could you please install fresh version of a WordPress and a theme as well?

Issue is most likely with the server configuration/resources.
Please try adding the following line to WordPress .htaccess file:
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10m
You can add this line at the end of the file, after the # END WordPress line:
Let us know if this fixes the issue!
Also, if you're using our plugins (Gretna green twitter feed or instagram feed) with some other theme, it normal to have php errors. These plugins are going with our theme and work only with our theme.
