1. I've just checked this out on your website and as you can see in the following screenshot everything works fine >>
You can ask your hosting service does your mail server is enabled for your site? If no they need to enable mail server and you fill fix this problem
Also, ask your hosting service does SMTP username and pass are set for your site? If SMTP pass and user are set then you need to install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and there to set these parameters (user and pass) and to check again this problem
2. There is no predefined option to use Insagram images within portfolio list, but you can try to make some gallery with Instagram images by using this 3rd party plugin >> https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/
