How can I change the font size on the menu items. Also, above the menu is "Welcome to Roovio. We're taking the complexity out of SEO". How do I remove that whole section?

1)First please make sure you have chosen default skin for your header in your page backkend:
Than please navigate to Elated Option>Header >Main Menu and choose colors for Font Color and Hover Font Color you like:
2)You should set Header Top Bar to No in the backend of your page:

Regarding #2, 'Pages' only shows all my Pages...I don't see the options you showed.
