Please, try to deactivate all of your 3rd party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please let us know.
Provide us crednitials, because with email we couldn't access to take a look:

I have two portfolio images overlapping when a page initially loads and it won't change until I adjust the size of the browser.
Is there a way to keep this from happening?
