    Hello, 

    My name is Luca Primo and I have just purchased a template from you. I have tried to import the demo content but it does not even start. Could you please help us fix this?

    Could you please check if you have meet all php requirements?

    You should also make sure PHP version on your server is updated. 5.6 will do the job, but you may use 7 as well.Also you should set following PHP values or ask your hosting company to set this for you:

    max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;
